fix(ui): 迷你播放器封面恢复左边距 + 列表底部留白加大

Browse Source 
- global_mini_player 改封面兜底时误删了 Row 开头的 12px 间距，
  封面贴到屏幕左边缘；已恢复
- UIConstants.miniPlayerBottomSpace 80 -> 100，
  列表最后一项不再被迷你播放器+手势区遮住
